That is up to you! There will be a lot of explanation & demonstration of different strategies and techniques during the class. Some parents like to practice during the class with their little one and others prefer to just watch and take notes.

Yes! We actually recommend taking the class before baby's arrival so you are already well-equipped with all the information and strategies beforehand.

Due to all of the limitations insurance companies impose on families and their services, we do not accept insurance at RSGPT. Without having insurance requirements, it allows us to provide the best care to your family without having to worry about co-pays, visit limits, time constraints...etc! That being said, we can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance and, depending on your plan, you can receive reimbursement.

Absolutely! While we do accept HSA & FSA for payment, always contact your plan to confirm prior to booking as each plan has different rules.
